Cartooning with Carlos Nieto

Anyone can draw Anime! Join well known cartoonist Carlos Nieto on Wednesday July 12 at 2pm and draw some Anime. You do not need to be an artist to learn how to do this. Carlos will then make a video of his visit to Manawa. This program is for those in 7th grade and up. Space is limited to 12. Please register in person or by calling the Library at 920-596-2252.
